Arun Kumar B is the Managing trustee of Lokuttara Public Charitable trust. He is a graduate in BA Malayalam literature from BM College in Mavelikara and completed his diploma in Buddhism and Social work course at Nagarjuna Training Institute in Nagaloka in Nagpur. Did his Post graduation on Social Work from IGNO (MSW) , He leads several social work training, educational workshops in Kerala.
Rejimon PK is the trustee of Lokuttara Public Charitable trust.He did his Post Graduation on English Literature from DB collage Changanasseri. Kerala, completed his diploma in Buddhism and Social work course at Nagarjuna Training Institute in Nagaloka in Nagpur. After that, for two years, he did his internship in social work at Jambudeepa Trust, Punne, Now he is the president of Dhamma Loka trust, Trisure Kerala.
Anju Gopinath is the Trustee of Lokuttara Public Charitable Trust and has been the Administrative Manager of Lokuttara Leadership Academy since 2015. With an MBA in Human Resource Management, a B.Com in Co-operation, and a Diploma in Indian and Foreign Accounting (DIFA), she leads the academy’s administration, office management, bookkeeping, and community outreach. She also holds specialized diplomas in Counseling Psychology, Child Psychology, and Learning Disability and Difficulty Management (LDDM), reflecting her dedication to student development. Alongside managing her private tutoring service since 2009, Anju actively contributes to teaching, workshop facilitation, and translation support, making a meaningful impact on both students and the academy.
Subeesh Nadarajan is currently serving as the Boys’ Hostel Warden at Lokuttara Leadership Academy, overseeing student supervision, discipline, and hostel administration. He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University and has diverse experience across content editing, quality control, design, administration, accounting, and operations. His professional journey includes roles at publishing companies, NesT Group, Gorgeous, courier services, wholesale business, and Muthoot Mini Group, reflecting strong adaptability, leadership, and multi-domain expertise.
English Language and Literature. Her academic background has equipped her with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, which she applies in her professional responsibilities and interactions with students. Sandra is currently preparing for the UGC NET examination as part of her ongoing pursuit of academic and professional development. She is deeply passionate about education and lifelong learning, and her greatest aspiration is to become an educator who inspires students to achieve their full potential through knowledge, critical thinking, and personal growth.
Sobha L. is the Sociology teacher with a strong academic and teaching background. She completed her degree in Physics from Fathima Matha National College, Kollam, post-graduation from Loyola College, Sreekaryam, and MPhil in Sociology from Kerala University, Kariavattom Campus. Before joining Blossom Projects, she worked as a faculty member at Sree Sankara College, Kottarakkara. She also serves as a training resource person for Kerala Institute of Local Administration and Kudumbashree Mission.
Raj Mohan is our History teacher. He has completed his graduation in B. A. English Language and Literature at Bishop Moore College, Mavelikara, and post graduation in Sociology, from School Of Distant Education, Kerala University, Diploma In Word Processing and Data Entry, Under Rutronix, Keltron. Also working as a Faculty in Indian Constitution and History at various Competitive Exams coaching institutes.
Manju. K is our English teacher.She has completed her B.A in English Literature from University College, Trivandrum.She did her post graduation also from the very same college.She has completed her BEd in English from Barton Hill Teacher Education Centre. She has qualified the SET examination. She has worked as a teacher in both Govt. and Private schools. She is a dedicated and passionate teacher in English with a commitment to fostering language skills and a love for literature among students.
Anjali Venugopal is our Malayalam teacher. She has completed her BA in Malayalam from Bishop Moore College, Mavelikara, and her post-graduation from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit. She has also completed her B.Ed from Mar Severus College of Teacher Education and is qualified in KTET (Category II & III) and SET. She worked as a teacher at Sree Sree Ravi Shankar Vidya Mandir for one year. In addition, she provides online tuition for students from GCC countries and India. Anjali is a passionate and dedicated teacher who focuses on developing students’ language skills and confidence.
Jayalakshmi .M is our Economics teacher .she has completed her degree in economics at D.B.college sasthamcotta and her post graduation in N.S.S college pandalam and was honoured with B.Ed from Kerala University centre,Adoor.she has qualified in State Eligibility Test.Before joining our programme,she started her teaching carrier as private school in2008 and worked as HSST Economics teacher in daily wages basis in government schools .l have been associated with the Kerala literacy Mission as an educator.she worked as HSST Economics in K.K.M.Govt.V.H.S.S from June 2025 to February 2026
Sajitha and Viswanathan are our cooks; they are very experienced, and we are disciplined cooks. They have been working at Lokuttara for 5 years. Both are husband and wife.
Pushpinder Pelia Lubana, Board Member of Blossom Projects, PhD, is an anthropologist passionate about social justice and education. She leads customer research at a tech company and is dedicated to breaking gender, social, and class barriers for youth. Guided by the mantra, “Ordinary actions can lead to radical change,” she remains focused on driving social transformation.
Chithra Rajagopalan, President of Blossom Projects, is a finance leader and philanthropist in the Bay Area. Apart from her day job as the head of finance at a cybersecurity company, Chithra is involved in nonprofits that strive towards causes such as equality, women’s rights, and mental health. She strongly believes in investing more towards enhancing the quality of life at a young age, which would empower them to build a wonderful future.
Dipankar Ghosh (PhD) is a Board Member of Blossom Projects and a life sciences executive, with a deep passion for social justice and advancing health sciences. In his day job, he serves as the head of Operations for a biotechnology company. Dipankar is an advocate for child welfare, particularly for those from underprivileged communities- which align well with the mission of Blossom Projects. He has lived and worked in India, Europe and the US. He currently resides in California.
Eric Lopez is a Board Member of Blossom Projects and an experienced diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) champion with experience collecting and analyzing DEI data to understand current trends in the advancement of inclusion. Through his work, Eric supports efforts to ensure the voices of diverse stakeholders are heard.
